A Midsummer Night's Dream

Summer of 2010:
Last July, the Grassroots Shakespeare Company performed the hilariously witty All's Well That Ends Well, as part of Kingsbridge's free Concerts on the Quay series! The weather was idyllic, the audience was very complimentary, and the performers had an absolute blast! The show was rehearsed in the style of "original practices," meaning we had no director, a very small cast, and cue scripts. See, in Shakespeare's day, none of the actors had a full copy of the script, and because they were a fairly small troupe, many of the actors had to play multiple characters.
